We couldn’t be more proud to partner with local beef Larder Mouse Farm, which is as passionate about regenerative farming about their beef as we are about our grapes. Over April, you can pick up a Family Beef Bourguignon Pies to take home from their Newham farm shop OR enjoy an individual pie with a glass of wine on the verandah of our cellar door in Malmsbury. 

Cool climate, community-inspired vineyard and winery located just outside the picturesque village of Malmsbury in the Macedon Ranges on Dja Dja Wurrung Country. The cellar door is relaxed and welcoming and has a beautiful deck to enjoy views of the sweeping vineyard and forest beyond.

Our dry grown estate wine is produced from the best hand-picked bunches, from 50-year-old vines, on rich and deep basalt soil, at 520m above sea level. We do as little as possible in the winery to ensure this beautiful raw material is celebrated in the glass, and produce elegant and fresh Riesling, Pinot Noir and cool climate Syrah. Depending on the season we also make a Pet Nat, a cloudy rose, a range of wonderful reds and a number of other wines to taste at the cellar door.

We produce modern and creative wines here, with medium body and little time on skins or in oak, to express the fruit. These wines celebrate the many hands required to produce a bottle of wine by listing the ‘Folk’ on each bottle, with a sentiment of community.

Picnics can be ordered ahead (no BYO) from Daylesford Picnic Boxes if you’d like to sit on the deck and sip your wine accompanied by a range of wonderful local produce.
