During the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival enjoy our Warm Sour Cherry Flan. This is a classic firm custard flan bursting with sour cherries, a dash of kirsch and just enough sweetness for a delicious comforting dessert. It may be served warm or cold, but we think it’s best served warm with double thick cream or a large ball of vanilla ice cream.
