Gisborne Ice Cream Co. is a local ice cream shop in the leafy little town of Gisborne only 45 minutes away from Melbourne in the Macedon Ranges. All ice cream is made fresh on-site alongside cakes, cookies and shakes and other delicious pantry items. There’s always a line outside our store, even on the coldest winter day!
