Our popular cooking classes are based on traditional methods and recipes. Chef Damian Sandercock loves sharing the old-school techniques of how to make everything from scratch using the best ingredients.

We specialise in teaching you how to make what we make, professionally – pastry, pies & pickles. We share all of our secrets and tips for successful cooking. Classic recipes, traditional techniques, and real life tips, to make you better cooks at home.

Our classes are small and very relaxed. They are hands on with a little bit of demonstration. We share ALL of our secrets – and lots of stories along the way. We want you to be able to go home with the confidence to use these classic recipes again and again.
