Dough Si Dough is a local favourite specialising in traditional, yeast-free sourdough. Everything is made with care, from handcrafted pastries and freshly prepared sandwiches and rolls to house-made pies and sausage rolls. Our sausage rolls have won an award in the Australian Pie Competition and gets great reviews whenever someone tries them. We have an extensive range of hot food all hand made.

We have a Sourdough Bread Menu offering our basic range 6 days a week (being White, Multigrain, Wholemeal Rye, Dark Rye and Fruit) and our flavoured range on Fridays and Saturdays (Jalapeno/Cheese, Caramelised Onion/Parmesan, Pumpkin, Olive and Red Lentil). Our sourdough starter is over 20 years old.

You’ll also find specialty cakes and barista-made coffee, perfect for a quick stop or a slow morning. Friendly service and quality ingredients make this a go-to spot in Kyneton.
