Beau Baker is a family operated micro-bakery based in the heart of the Macedon Ranges. Managed by Nick (the baker) and Chloe (the brand), we specialise in small batch bakes with a focus on fresh, deliciously mouthwatering focaccia. In a world that’s always in a rush, we like to take our time. Our dough is naturally leavened and baked in the “best of the best”- our Simply Bread Oven – to create that utterly addictive, golden crust every single time.

But we don’t just bake bread; we create reasons for people to sit down, connect and enjoy togetherness. Because we prioritise the integrity of baking by hand, our quantities are limited, and our quality is high.
