The sweet dessert combines the creaminess of Nutella with tangy fresh raspberries, offering a delightful contrast of textures. The Collective, Gisborne is a first-of-its-kind venue in the Macedon Ranges, presenting a seasonal American-inspired kitchen with the finest wood-fired pizzas in town.

The Collective is open 7 days a week from 12noon for lunch and dinner… ​or simply enjoy a coffee and cake (altered hours during lockdowns). We hope to bring breakfasts back soon once more restrictions ease!
