McMahons Dairy New Years Day Races at Hanging Rock

1st January New Years Day- Relax and recharge

The 2010 Hanging Rock Racing Season kicks off on Friday 1st January
and is the perfect venue for recouping after your New Years Eve
celebrations with family and friends.  Bring a picnic and relax in the
spectacular natural amphitheatre that Hanging Rock provides.  There is only one venue that offers this and over 120 years of thoroughbred racing tradition - Hanging Rock Races.

Catch all the action with the six race non-tab program and enjoy the thrill of great thoroughbred racing, plus various food stalls and wines from the award winning Hanging Rock Winery.  Enjoy a relaxing afternoon under one of the many elm trees which line the track.  A great day of country racing is guranteed.  Marquee and hospitality packages available.

No BYO ALCOHOL allowed within the race course precinct. Gates open at 11am first race kicks off at 1pm.  
Admission:  $20 adults and Children under 16 yrs are admitted free.
