Wet and Needle Felting – 3d Objects Workshop
In this three hour introduction to Wet and Needle Felting Workshop, you will learn the basics of wet felting and then take it a step further to felt on a resist. Then you will be guided in needle-felting the finishing details onto your pod, like the cute flower on this vessel.
You will use Merino wool rovings and learn how to compress
them together to form a permanent bond that is sustained without any glues but rather using the nature of the wool fibres themselves. You will then be guided on how to mould the shape of your vessel before adding decorative needle felted features to create a unique Felted Pod.
All materials are included in the price of this workshop, including Merino Wool Rovings making this an ideal class for beginners who want to get started in felting but are daunted by what to buy or the initial outlay.
