More from Mount Macedon Tours

Step into another world.

Immerse yourself in the wonders of Mount Macedon’s historic hill-station gardens.

Mount Macedon is renowned for the magic of its flora and fauna, its ancient landmarks, historical hill stations, grand mansions and spectacular private gardens, waterways and walks that transform with the seasons. The township of Mount Macedon is also a delight with cellar doors and quaint local businesses.

All Mount Macedon tours are guided by Annie Mulkearns and Melina Goddard who will share their knowledge and experience in Mount Macedon history, horticulture and garden design.

Mount Macedon is home to one of only two of the largest collections of privately owned gardens of significance in the whole of Australia and is to be admired, explored and appreciated not only for its natural beauty but for its European-styled gardens and homes created by humans since the 1870’s.
