SOUND FEST Celebrating 30 years at Wombat Forest Vineyard & Winery

Celebrating 30 Years of Wombat Forest Vineyard & Winery!

30 Years of Passion, Family, Fine Wine and Unforgettable Memories! Get ready for a season of action-packed celebrations, running from summer through to late autumn!

Strap yourselves in, because we’re celebrating a very special milestone at Wombat Forest Vineyard & Winery! In 2027, we mark 30 years since planting our vineyard, celebrating three decades of passion, hard work, family spirit and a dream that has grown into the family-run business we proudly share with you today.

From planting our first vines in October 1997 to crafting our award-winning cool-climate wines and creating a welcoming destination for visitors from near and far, our journey has been one of dedication, determination and plenty of memorable moments along the way. Built from the ground up by our family, Wombat Forest Vineyard & Winery has become much more than a winery. It’s a place to gather, connect, celebrate and create lasting memories surrounded by the natural beauty of the Wombat State Forest.

And what better way to celebrate 30 years than by throwing open our gates and inviting everyone to join the fun!

What’s On
We’re bringing together great live music, family-friendly entertainment, delicious local produce, award-winning wines and plenty of opportunities to relax, unwind and enjoy the atmosphere.

Expect lively afternoons filled with music, laughter, good company and a little Wombat Forest magic. Whether you’re catching up with friends, enjoying a long lunch with family, discovering your new favourite wine or simply soaking up the spectacular forest views, there’ll be something to make your visit special.

Bring the kids, gather your mates, organise a catch-up with your favourite people or make a day of exploring our beautiful region. Enjoy the fresh country air, take in the vineyard surrounds, settle in on the deck or by the fire when the weather turns cooler, and raise a glass to three decades of winemaking, community and family memories.

As a proudly family-owned and operated business, supporting our local community has always been close to our hearts. This milestone is not just about celebrating how far we’ve come, but also about thanking the wonderful people who have supported us, shared our journey and helped make Wombat Forest what it is today.

Best of all, entry is FREE! So, mark your calendars, spread the word and join us for a season of celebrations that promises something for everyone.

30 years in the making. A lifetime of memories. And plenty more to come!

We can’t wait to celebrate with you at Wombat Forest Vineyard & Winery!
