Go on a farm gate adventure in the country and taste crafted, award-winning Gin at Big Tree’s rustic distillery door.

We’re devoted to bringing you a truly Australian, home-grown farm crafted delicious gin. Distilled in the Macedon Ranges on picturesque Jack’s Springs Farm, the distillery produces a range of farm crafted, small batch Australian gins in the most beautiful bottles (designed to be kept long after the gin is gone). The bottle’s artwork has been painted by local artist Sarah Gabriel, with limited editions in the series.

Big Tree Distillery – Elegant Dry Gin

Deliciously smooth, with citrus and juniper this is our traditional Gin. Beautifully aromatic and smooth the Elegant Dry Gin is our classic shout out to the London Dry Gin style. Full of flavour with floral notes, well-rounded and balanced that is just lovely in a G&T. Made with fresh rain water collected off the farm.

Big Tree Distillery – Claude Navy Strength Gin

Robust and wonderful, Claude Navy Strength Gin has a hint of the Australian bush. Our heavy hitter farm crafted gin that is full flavour with a delicate touch of Southern Sassafras foraged from the Victorian bush. This one is certainly worth adding to the drinks Trolley. Made with fresh rain water collected off the farm and bay leaf and Australian native Southern Sassafras.

A gin that delightfully all things sweet cumquat and is an exciting edition to any drinks trolley. Smooth and luscious and all things fresh citrus.

Big Tree Distillery – Ruby’s Elderflower Gin Liqueur

A gin liqueur made using handpicked elderflowers foraged from the farm’s elderberry trees during spring. We infuse with fresh lemons, rain water and Australian grown sugar to give it real zing. Then the magic happens when it is steeped in our specially distilled gin to make what we think is a stand out winner. A limited batch delicious with just a splash of soda and a slice of lemon on ice or as a French 75.
