Bio – The Rattlers
The Rattlers are a folk/country band, writing songs inspired by their travels and the histories of place around Central Goldfields of Victoria. Their recent EP release titled RIVER is a journey through rural Australia’s past and present. The opening track ‘Fire in the City’ is an epic tale of post –colonial terror, with haunting vocal wails and densely layered acoustic sounds. The Rattlers have impressed crowds at Maldon Folk Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival and the Bendigo Blues & Roots Festival.
