Authentic, community-based farmers’ market – 1st Saturday of the month, 9am til 1pm. Taking place during the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival.

The Woodend Train Station is quite central, and you can enjoy free transport from Melbourne into Woodend. A short walk to the market, as you arrive into the town centre. Explore Woodend, and visit Autumn Festival Food & Drink venues.

This market is accredited with the Victorian Farmers’ Markets Association, the peak body for farmers’ markets in the state. Look for the tick of authenticity when shopping at farmers’ markets.

Woodend Community Farmers Market has also been recognised globally.

We have a great central site at the Woodend Community Centre/Library, an easy walk if you live in town, under the shade of lovely trees & plenty of space to throw down a picnic rug.

The Woodend Community Farmers’ Market includes fresh local produce – fruit & vegetables, honey, eggs, organic breads, preserves, herbs & potted plants, teas, yummy foods, meats, poultry & other small livestock, free face-painting, live music, Home Produce Exchange & is proudly plastic bag free!
