2024 Autumn Festival Competition – The Ultimate Macedon Ranges Getaway
Equipped with your Festival Map & Passport, there are two ways to enter the random prize draw competition with entries valid 5 April to 28 April 2024.
1. Complete the Food & Drink Passport located on the Festival Map & Passport during the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival. Simply gather a total of four Festival Passport stamps when you make a purchase at participating venues along the food or drink-based Trails 5 April to 28 April.
2. Explore and solve the Autumn Festival Treasure Trail between 5 April and 28 April to go into the draw. Download the Festival Map & Passport which contains the entry form, or collect one from the Woodend Visitor Information Centre.
To enter, simply take a photo of your completed Food & Drink Passport, or a photo of the answer to the Treasure Trail, and upload the relevant photo, in addition to answering a few questions, and providing your contact details here: Entry link to the Ultimate Macedon Ranges Getaway.
If you complete both the Food & Drink Passport AND the Autumn Festival Treasure Trail answer separately, you may enter into the competition twice. However, you will need to complete the entry form twice, once for each entry.
The Prize: The Ultimate Macedon Ranges Getaway valued at over $3000!
- The lucky winner will receive a voucher providing a luxurious two-night stay at Cleveland Estate with daily breakfast in the Family Suite, accommodating 4 people, and a selection of local experiences (valued at $2000).
In addition to the wonderful prize inclusions from Cleveland Estate, the ultimate prize winner will also receive the following local experiences in voucher form:
- An Antipodean All-Weather Picnic Blanket and a Sommersby Picnic Hamper from Woodend General (valued at $398)
- A $200 meal voucher for FookShing in Kyneton
- A guided acrylic painting class for four people, courtesy of Tia Alysse Country Canvases (valued at $400)

Competition Terms & Conditions:
- You must be 18 and over to enter. Proof of age may be requested.
- The competition opens at 10:00am on Friday 5 April 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday 28 April 2024. Only completed entries received during these dates will be eligible to be considered in the random prize draw.
- Employees of Macedon Ranges Shire Council, including members of any employee’s household, are prohibited from entering the competition.
- One winner will be selected at random by Visit Macedon Ranges at midday on Tuesday 7 May 2024. The winner will be notified by 5pm Thursday 9 May. No correspondence will be entered into.
- If the winner fails to respond and accept the prize within two weeks of contact, Visit Macedon Ranges reserves the right to draw a new winner.
- Gift vouchers will be posted to the prize winner.
- This prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. The Cleveland Estate voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be split. Any difference above the value of the voucher is the responsibility of the winner.
- Accommodation is subject to availability. The winner must comply with the accommodation provider’s standard booking, change and cancellation conditions. If the winner fails to show up to the booking the stay is forfeited. Once the winner has accepted the prize, Visit Macedon Ranges will put them in direct contact with the proprietor to arrange a booking directly. Visit Macedon Ranges is not responsible for assisting the prize winner with voucher redemption.
- Winner’s names will be published at mrsc.vic.gov.au/autumn-fest and announced on Council’s Facebook and Instagram pages by Thursday 30 May 2024.
