St. Agnes is a picturesque historic property, dating back to the 1800s, located in the breathtaking Macedon Ranges.  With the Prunella Events team at the helm, St. Agnes has re-opened her doors on a new era, welcoming guests for exclusive weddings and events, private-dining-room parties, intimate cellar dinners and beautifully appointed boutique accommodation. Set on a magnificent 6 private acres with graceful vineyards and heritage gardens, it has been restored to its original charm, offering ideal short stay accommodation, close to Kyneton’s foodie destination, historic Piper Street.

Featuring three uniquely appointed spaces; The Apartment, The Retreat and The Loft, each of the charming, country styled suites can be enjoyed individually or booked-out entirely – for a completely private and exclusive St. Agnes experience, sleeping a total of 6 guests.

Reimagined with a layered European feel, expect warm and luxurious interiors, premium bedding and Sicilian Ortigia bath products. Each of the ensuites have been appointed with heated floors and towel rails, rain head showers and luxe Baina bath towels. Boasting a unique view from every window, suites also feature an eclectic, rotating gallery of art by local artists – with pieces available for purchase as a beautiful memento of your stay.

The Apartment

This luxuriously proportioned wing has everything you need for a private, self-contained stay tucked within the majestic property. Through a sun drenched courtyard from where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views over the estate, the apartment leads you through a light filled kitchen, complete with essential appliances, a marble topped counter and a cosy breakfast table.

Through to a generous King bedroom appointed with luxurious linens, the apartment leads up to a dressing room area and through to a tranquil marble bathroom with original stained glass windows. A seperate snug off the bedroom is fitted with cosy lounges, books and a discreet television, perfect for quiet evenings or slow mornings.

The Retreat

A private oasis, The Retreat sits handsomely – adjacent but slightly separate to – the main homestead. Entered through a stately verandah, the retreat welcomes you into a beautifully appointed space with relaxation top of mind. The King sized bedroom features an integrated sitting room, complete with cosy lounges and a discreet television. The generous ensuite boasts a full sized marble shower, freestanding bath and views over the St. Agnes vineyard.

The Loft

Occupying the entire upper floor of the 1800s brick stables, The Loft sits proudly boasting breathtaking views over the township and vineyards below. Spread across two seperate wings, The Loft has her own Juliette balcony, King bedroom, large living and dining space, a concise kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
