Join us on Sunday 1 March at the Kyneton Mechanics Institute for a special afternoon of classical music in support of Mark’s Country Place – a developing all-access garden in Kyneton dedicated to people of all abilities.
Music for Mark’s Country Place is a Baroque concert featuring distinguished Melbourne Symphony Orchestra musicians and local mezzo-soprano Kristen Leich, with all proceeds supporting the creation of an inclusive community space for people with disability and their families.
Arranged by Arzu Yuvarlak-Danaher founder of A Rounded Music Education (ARME), this special concert features a Baroque program performed by Kristen Leich (mezzo-soprano), alongside distinguished Melbourne Symphony Orchestra musicians Isin Cakmakcioglu (violin), Roger Young (violin), Gabriella Halloran (viola) and Rohan de Korte (cello) will be sharing some exquisite music that celebrates the beauty of nature. The performance will be followed by refreshments, providing an opportunity for musicians and audience members to connect and share in the experience.
