Every weekend throughout January 2021 you can experience a brilliant calendar of events at wineries across the Macedon Ranges.
Come along and reconnect with the world around you, while discovering the fresh winemaking talent and delicious produce our region is known for.
Wide-open spaces and intimate cellar doors ripe for exploration. It’s more than just wine tasting in the Macedon Ranges, it’s an adventure.

‘Chardonnay & Oysters’ @ Glenlyon Estate Winery with Attwoods Wines
Glenlyon (approximately 25 minutes from Kyneton)
Celebrating the release of a special ‘Two Barrel Chardonnay’ 2018 vintage – only 600 bottles!
The session includes tasting with the winemaker in the barrel room, a glass of Chardonnay matched with 3 oysters followed by shared platter lunch (cheese/ charcuterie). Oyster shucker and oyster bar is on-site all day for you to kick back and relax and continue the afternoon. Only 8 people per session so make sure you don’t miss out on this special event.
‘Lagrein Masterclass’ @ Cobaw Ridge Winery
Cobaw Ridge, East Pastoria (approximately 30 minutes from Woodend)
A unique tasting experience to showcase the diversity and vintage expressions of this intriguing variety pioneered in Australia by Cobaw Ridge Winery.
Tickets include multi-vintage vertical tasting spanning 20 years of winemaking from Cobaw, including a couple of Italian expressions that we would rate as some of the finest.
‘Oysters and Sparking’ @ Botanica Estate Winery
Join Botanica Estate on the deck with beautiful views to their garden and vineyard. Enjoy the summer sunshine with hand shucked oysters freshly flown in from Tasmania paired with Botanica’s amazing Estate Sparkling.
Hand-shucked oysters are served by a shucking butler with Botanica Estate sparkling wines.

‘Docwhite’ live music @ Kyneton Ridge Winery
Enjoy the tunes of Doc White Blues Guitarist and Vocalist at Kyneton Ridge Estate Winery. Indoor and outdoor eating areas with beautiful views of Blackhill Reserve and Mt Alexander.
Wine and casual meals available to purchase on the day. Their new summer menu will be available, along with wine by the glass or bottle. Beer, nonalcoholic drinks, tea and coffee are also available.

‘An afternoon with Jess Mangan – Music and Wine’ @ Granite Hills Winery
Baynton (approximately 30 minutes from Woodend)
Sit back and enjoy the tunes of local talented musician Jess Mangan at Granite Hills Winery.
Local talented musician Jess Mangan will be performing a range of contemporary hits. Wines available by the glass or bottle – their regular varieties together with some new releases – Pinot Blanc, Gruner Veltliner and Cabernet Franc.
Delicious antipasto platters will be available to order from the lastest new food provedore in Kyneton – Fed. Foodstore and Catering (formally known as The Caterers)
$30 for two people will include cold meats, dip, nuts, crackers, pickles and a selection of cheeses.
Granite Hills picnic blankets will also be available to purchase at $30 each.

Sit back and enjoy the tunes of local talented musicians @Passing Clouds Winery
Perfect way to begin the Australia Day long weekend, hanging out with friends and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Passing Clouds vineyard at Musk, only 9 minutes from Daylesford.
Charcuterie packs and wine sales available on the day, for you to sit back, relax with tunes from our friend Nicholas Ellerby and wines by Passing Clouds.
