These sessions are designed by Nicole Enge, a certified Meditation Teacher and Wellbeing Coach to help you to experience self-compassion-based mindfulness meditation for deep relaxation, wellbeing and soul nourishment.
Practices are heartfulness based and may include focus on the breath, open awareness, heart awareness, letting go, loving kindness, body awareness, visualisaton etc
This is a class set in a beautiful nourishing studio space to meditate, practice self- love and compassion, mindfulness, spiritual and energy approaches, nature and movement.
We finish with an oracle card reading for inspiration and support and group discussions on different themes that arise each week.
