Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival

Gala Opening Daffodil Art Prize, Art Photography Prize and Rotary Youth Art Awards along with Shop Window Awards. Refreshments by The Malmsbury Village Fayre.
Kyneton, Victoria, Australia

Kyneton’s Daffodil and Arts Festival is back again in 2017, running from August 31 to Sunday September 10.

In a grand proclamation of Spring, gorgeous daffodils will welcome visitors to Kyneton to take in the Festival of One Act Plays, the Antique and Vintage Fair, ferret racing, buskers, a Wine and Food Festival at the iconic Degraves Mill, performances and literary events and much, much more.

The introduction of a Dog Dash to the 2016 Festival delighted everyone and is sure to provide some more excitement in 2017.

Selected local gardens open to visitors and the Spring Flower Show presents daffodils, the signature blooms of the festival.

An annual Daffodil Old Time Ball brings dancers from far and wide, to dance the night away to excellent music and to enjoy a fine supper.

The Daffodil Art Prize and Art Photography and arts trail of local galleries displays the work of local artists to satisfy lovers of art.

A display of the whole district in the Grand Parade on the last day of the Festival with bands, dancers, floats, cars and vintage vehicles bursts with colour and sound.

After the Parade the festivities close with a fair, performances and activities in Kyneton’s main streets.

So, put the dates in your diary, and join us for this spectacular community event.
