The Wine Collective @ Macedon Wine Room is pleased to be hosting The Highland Winter Feast. This event is a unique opportunity for food and wine lovers. Highland cattle are an ancient breed highly regarded for their healthy meat. The breed will be showcased in a five-course degustation designed by Head Chef Daniel Kennedy with dessert by Executive Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Deniz Karaca.
