With three unforgettable Macedon Ranges Spring Getaways on offer, ENTER NOW for the chance to truly immerse yourself in the Macedon Ranges, including two nights at award-winning Braeside Mt Macedon Country Retreat plus weekend tickets to the annual Bolobek Garden Fair.

Cosy cottages, crackling fireplaces, beautiful gardens, roaming alpacas and warm hospitality make Braeside Mt Macedon the perfect base for exploring the 2026 Bolobek Garden Fair, Hanging Rock, Mount Towrong Vineyard, Mount Macedon Village, nearby open gardens and Macedon Regional Park.

Three randomly selected winners will each receive:

  • Two nights’ accommodation for two adults in their own cottage at Braeside Mount Macedon Country Retreat. Check-in Friday 2 Oct 2026 to Sun 4 Oct 2026. Includes breakfast provisions and home-baked bread. Min accommodation value: $540 for two nights.
  • Complimentary Charcuterie and Cheese Platter (for 2) in each cottage valued at $45. Plus a small surprise gift with thanks to your host.
  • Weekend pass to the 2026 Bolobek Garden Fair 3 & 4 October, valued at $80
  • Annual pass to Hanging Rock Reserve, valued at $50

Competition Terms & Conditions:

  • The competition opens at midday on Wednesday 12 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) Monday 7 September 2026. Only completed entries received during these dates are eligible for the random prize draw.
  • Entrants must be 18 or over to enter. Proof of age may be requested.
  • Each person can enter once per required social media page that is being followed. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  • The winners’ travel to and from Braeside Mt Macedon Country Retreat, and to listed prize experiences, is not included in the prize. All transport is at the expense of the prize winner.
  • Employees of Macedon Ranges Shire Council, including members of any employee’s household, are prohibited from entering the competition.
  • Three winners will be selected at random at midday on Tuesday 8 September 2026 and notified the same day.
  • If the winners fail to respond and accept the prize within 24 hours of contact, Visit Macedon Ranges reserves the right to draw a new winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Confirmation of the prize will be emailed to the prize winners. The accommodation dates are as specified 2 October 2026 to 4 October 2026 and are for two people per cottage.
  • There are three cottages reserved as prizes at Braeside Mt Macedon Country Retreat. The prize includes two people per cottage. The cottages will be allocated at random during the prize draw.
  • This prize is not-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Any difference above the value of the provided venue vouchers is the responsibility of the winner.
  • Accommodation is for the specific dates outlined and is for two people per cottage. The winners must comply with the accommodation provider’s conditions. If the winner fails to show up to the booking, the stay is then forfeited.
  • Once the winner has accepted the allocated prize pack, Visit Macedon Ranges will place them in direct contact with the proprietor directly.
  • Visit Macedon Ranges is not responsible for assisting the prize winner with prize voucher redemption.
  • The winners’ first name and suburb/state, will be published on Visit Macedon Ranges social media and eNewsletter.
  • Accommodation prizes valid for the dates specified.
  • Bolobek Garden Fair entry tickets are for the winner and their nominated plus one. The tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
