The perfect class to learn a whole range of skills and find some inspiration. You will make short crust pastry and an Autumn vegetable quiche, a seasonal salad & dressing, a quick pickle and a sweet seasonal fruit free from tart. This class has it all – pastry, pickles, skills, sweet & savoury ! A hands on 3 hour class
Class includes recipes, a quick lunch and delicious take home goods, plus lots of time for questions.
