Talented local artists come together each Easter to exhibit art at their annual show. It's a great opportunity to purchase quality works by local artists at market prices.
The Woodend Art Group has been running for over 40 years with many well-known artists exhibiting.
The Easter Art Market is an annual event held in the historic Woodend Train Station rooms and showcases up to 80 members works for sale in various mediums – including sculpture, ceramics, textiles, jewellery, watercolour, pen & ink, acrylic, oil, photography, mixed media, framed & unframed paintings & cards.
The market is on Saturday 16th April to Monday 18th and is open 10am until 4pm daily with a gold coin donation. Artist demonstrations and a daily door prize is included with entry.
