Lyons Will Estate is a cool climate winery located in the Macedon Ranges, one hour north of Melbourne. Established in 1996, this artisan winery specializes in award winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Riesling. Lyons Will’s hallmark is its hands on, family owned approach; all vines are hand pruned, hand groomed and hand-picked, ensuring the best quality possible from bud-burst to the final bottle.
The Lyons Will cellar door is open every weekend, and at other times by appointment. Wine tastings, charcuterie and cheese boards are on offer. Walk-ins are welcome but due to limited seating it is recommended to call in advance to confirm availability.
