Our Café & Providore is bursting with local artisan food and crafts. Take time to enjoy a beautiful barista-made coffee and a delicious country breakfast or bake-house lunch, prepared by our dedicated kitchen team and in house Pastry Chef. Open 7 days a week, with fantastic indoor and outdoor seating, our Café & Providore is the perfect all-season Macedon Ranges café destination.
Located out back is our Restaurant, Wine Bar and Function Space. Perfect for events & parties, this space is also home to Friday Night Cocktails, where it transforms into chic & glamourous spot in New Gisborne.

The Whistle Stop has a great choice of beers on tap, including beautiful Guinness, wicked Hobgoblin ruby ale and the delightfully hoppy Hargreaves Hill Pale Ale; as well as a beautifully curated selection of local & international wines.
We have have a fully licensed in-venue electronic TAB with Sky Racing and Fox Sports coverage to compliment the atmosphere; and don’t miss our weekly crowd favourite – the Friday Night Meat Raffle!
