The Gift Shop is a curated space which houses the best of Australian handmade with over 120+ artists and designers from the local area and further abroad, our handmade market has an ever-adapting stock of quality handmade gifts for all the family. Alongside the handmade goods we stock all our favourite art and craft supplies to help you get started in a new medium. We only stock products we love to use ourselves including polymer clay, printmaking supplies, pastels, watercolours, and many more products for your crafting needs.
Working studios spaces are home to a variety of artists, and visitors will have the opportunity to talk to the artists and watch them work. Studio 1, the premier studio, is home to glass artists Leadlight By Ettore, who have been teaching and creating in the Macedon Ranges for over 30 years. The studio specialises in teaching leadlighting, fused and slumped glass, and mosaics as well as creating new commissions and repairs. Studio 4, Kyneton Craftery, specialises in craft workshops and events for all ages – running social crafting sessions, a variety of crafty activities during the school holidays, corporate events, private functions, and parties. The Kyneton Craftery workshop is full to the brim with a collection of supplies, tools, and inspiration to get everyone crafting.
Within our Kyneton Art precinct The Old Auction House has two gallery spaces, The Main Gallery and The Studio Gallery. Specialising in contemporary art from emerging and mid-career artists we exhibit a range of artists and mediums throughout the schedule of shows each year. The Main Gallery is open to all artists, while the Studio Gallery is reserved for use by emerging artists, community groups, and our studio artists.
