More from Macedon Ranges Sustainability Group
Living sustainably is about giving a little thought and a few simple tweaks to our lifestyle. We can have a big impact on our environmental footprint without requiring a lot of time or effort. MRSG is home to a number of community action groups made up of dedicated individuals working together engaged in projects, events, and practical activities that promote sustainable living in our local communities to make the Macedon Ranges a more sustainable place to live.
What are action groups?
A community action group is group of local MRSG members who are passionate and able to volunteer some of their time and energy in a certain area of sustainability like renewable energy, permaculture, healthy eating with more vegies, farmers markets, beekeeping etc. Joining one or more community action groups is a great way to contribute to sustainable living in our region.
