Woodend Art Group’s members hold their judged exhibition annually over the Melbourne Cup weekend.
This is a great time to visit the Macedon Ranges and Woodend is nestled in the foothills of Mt Diogenes Hanging Rock.
Hosting the gallery within the historic railway station building means that visitors from all over the state can visit without the need to drive. Paintings both framed and unframed, felt work, silk scarves, sculpture, pottery, photography and much more will be available to be viewed and purchased
The exhibition will be opened on Friday evening. Judging will be undertaken by Maxine McKee. Door prizes offered daily.
