The Ultimate Paddock to Plate Experience

A weekend of Suffolk lamb – breakfast and lunch sessions available.

Blue Rock Suffolk, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Romsey township, will open the farm gates for this inaugural weekend event.

As tour participants you will have the opportunity to meet the local producer, walk the historic farm grounds and paddocks of Eden Park, where the Blue Rock Suffolk Stud is based. A friendly informal discussion about the facilities, pasture and husbandry of the livestock will be hosted by Deva Weitman and Mark Clement. Host Cassy Borthwick and chef Korey Haydon of Vedure Bistro will host a Suffolk inspired breakfast and/ or lunch for participants.
