The Parkside Vintage Cup

This Melbourne Cup Day, we’re running a race of a different kind at Parkside in the Macedon Ranges.

We’re opening the Parkside cellar and bringing out a selection of our Trophy winning vintage sparkling wines from our special reserve.

These are limited-edition vintages that have already sold out — all are trophy-winning wines. BUT …… We’ve held back a small number of bottles over the years, and for one day only, we’re opening them for tasting and making them available to purchase.

There will be five vintage sparkling wines to taste (40ml serves) plus choose either a Cheese Platter from Long Paddock Cheeses or a stone-baked pizza to accompany your bubbles.

Because when it comes to vintage sparkling, the older the vintage, the better the form.
