Every weekend throughout January 2021 you can experience a brilliant calendar of events at wineries across the Macedon Ranges.
Come along and reconnect with the world around you, while discovering the fresh winemaking talent and delicious produce our region is known for.
Wide-open spaces and intimate cellar doors ripe for exploration. It’s more than just wine tasting in the Macedon Ranges, it’s an adventure.

‘Turning sunlight into wine’ @ Gisborne Peak Winery

‘Canopy Management and Crop Estimation Day’ – A Hands-On Vineyard Experience Turning Sunlight into Wine.
At Gisborne Peak Winery, we have been growing grapes for wine for 42 years now. Over that time we have learned a lot! Experience one of the essential vine-maintenance tasks of the season – managing the tresilling and canopy of the vines. Much of what you learn can be transposed into improving the performance of your garden at home. The second part is to estimate the size of the vintage.
A true hands-on day in the vines. After class, it is back to the marquee for a de-brief and lunch.
Your ticket includes the workshop and lunch.

‘Pinot Unearthed’ @ Lyons Will winery
Hosted by Lyons Will Estate, Pinot unplugged is the coming together of some of the Macedon Ranges best winemaking talent @Lyons Will Estate cellar door – Featuring Ettiene Mangier – North Wines, Josh Cooper Wines, Northern Hope, Dilworth & Allain, Owen Latta – Latta Vino and Lyons Will Estate.
The ticket price includes entry, wristband, your own Plumm wine glass for tastings and tastings from 6 wineries.
Wine will also be available to purchase by the glass/bottle to enjoy in the courtyard or vineyard after your tasting.
Cheese and meat boxes will be available to order from Winespeake, $40 per box – perfect for two.

‘Escape to the Vines’ @ Parkside Winery Estate
Lock in your summertime wine adventure with a vineyard ramble, wine tastings, alfresco food options and some live music @Parkside Winery
As you collect your individual tasting glass head out into the vineyard and see where all the magic happens – taste Pinot in the Pinot and Chardonnay in the Chardonnay, not to mention our Sparkling Wine in between!! Pause at the top of the vineyard to capture the beauty and expanse of the Lancefield Valley. It’s then a gentle stroll down the hill, stopping to chat to the horses, before retiring at our Cellar Door with some Parkside wine and food from one of our favourite local foodies while listening to the acoustic vibes of Benji and Ed.
