The Driftwood cheese from Long Paddock is a luscious alpine-style cheese with a mildly-woodsy, creamy and nutty flavour.
It will be baked with chardonnay and is a great accompaniment to either of the Hesket Estate Pinot Noirs.
The Jingella Pinot Noir and the Hesket Estate Pinot Noir will be on pour on the day.
