Warm focaccia and truffle butter
Mushroom and truffle arancini
Truffle stracciatella, roasted pumpkin

Entree:
Kingfish crudo, truffle mayonnaise and pickled mushrooms

Pasta:
Handmade agnolotti del plin filled with fresh truffle and ricotta, burnt butter and hazelnuts

Main:
Medium rare eye fillet, crispy polenta, cime di papa and truffle jus

Dessert:
Truffled custard tart, raspberries and white chocolate
