Join degree-qualified Nutritionist Beck in her Macedon Kitchen as we talk cook, learn, eat and laugh.
This workshop focuses on delicious and nutritious ways to increase your daily Fibre intake to meet the recommended 30g per day. Increase your intake of plant-based foods and diversity to meet the recommended goal of 30 different plants a week, all while getting enough protein.
We will discuss the importance of Fibre to the health of our gut microbiome, which in turn affects our overall mental and physical wellbeing.
MENU INCLUDES 6 different plant-based hearty winter dishes that focus on Fibre and dietary diversity. Plus, we always finish with a delicious fibre-rich sweet treat like a cake, brownie, cookie or fruit crumble.
We will cook and eat a Selection of seasonal Winter dishes.
