Eden Park Open Day
A Romsey & Lancefield Historical Society fundraiser to renovate Sidney Seymour Cottage
Eden Park Garden will be open to the public for the first time in a decade this Sunday 2 November 2025
An impressive kilometre-long avenue of Hawthorns leads into a beautiful country garden featuring both formal and cottage garden elements enhancing the stately, historic 1858 bluestone Homestead.
Flourishing Box hedges, perennials and roses are sheltered by mature shrubberies and mixture of exotic and native trees. Wide lawn terraces, edged in generous colourful beds, lead down to the re-vegetated Five Mile Creek.
From Highland Cattle to Scottish Pipe Band and Festive Fiddle Music, come and embrace Eden Park’s Scottish roots!
Visit the Wool Shed and Stables, enjoy Lions Club BBQ, home-made sandwiches and cakes, local wines from Midhill and a cup of Rafael’s finest Coffee. Highland merchandise also available!
Where: Eden Park, 2133 Romsey Rd, Romsey VIC
Date: Sunday 2 November
Time: 10am to 4pm
