Tutored by one of the winemakers responsible for delivering our tenth award in a row this will be a fun, relaxed event that very few people outside of the industry will ever experience. Included is a comparative taste of our most recent bottling and a cellared bottling to also show how one should treat fine sparkling wines in a cellar.
This year’s Budburst food and wine festival will also see the arrival of food trucks at Cope-Williams, the launch of our huge new art space, an open-house on the new accomodation makeovers and two very special secret announcements that will make booze lovers everywhere very excited indeed. Games and cricket will be running all day with plenty of entertainment for kids or friends who just want to have a picnic or walk amongst the vines and art while you become a master sparkling wine maker.
