Art to Wear in The Gallery is the feature at The Gallery Mt Macedon beginning Tuesday 4 August 2026, until Monday 7 September. Ten textile artists, including members of The Gallery, will show knits, silks, felts, hats and much more.
You are invited to two ART TO WEAR – MEET THE MAKERS sessions. The first on Saturday 8 August and the second on Saturday 15 August, 1pm – 4pm.
Saturday 8 August:
Leslie Grahovac. Leslie hand paints colourful silk patterns onto crepe and combines this with wool and linen. Her dresses, tops and jackets are made with comfort and style in mind.
Kumi Malcolm. Kumi’s garments have style, special details and are easy to wear everyone. Her fabrics are natural – silk, cotton, wool and linen.
Saturday 15 August:
Lyndon Regan. Lyndon hand spins and hand weaves wool and alpaca creating warm, unique garments you’ll love to own and wear in winter.
Emi Johnstone. Emi makes elegant but simple stylish dresses and jackets made from Japanese wool and natural fabrics.
Enjoy a glass of wine as you view our extensive collection from these invited artists as well as our own textile members of the gallery.
All garments are for sale and entry is free.
The Gallery is at 684 Mount Macedon Road, Mt. Macedon behind the Trading Post, open Friday to Tuesday, 10am to 4pm.
