Forces of Nature Food + Wine Experience
The Forces of Nature Food and Wine Experience is a collaboration between farmer, chef and winemaker, a celebration of autumnal produce.
Matt Donnelly and Jo Corrigan, from Forces of Nature (Mushrooms Anonymous), are two ex-professional chefs and restauranteurs turned foragers, producers and adventurers. As part of the 2022 Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival their beautiful produce will be cooked by chef, and friend of Lyons Will, Lorena Corso and matched to Lyons Will wines.
Think mushrooms and quinces, chestnuts and figs. Delish! Each of the four small courses will be designed to complement the matching Lyons Will wines. The perfect way to celebrate beautiful produce, autumn flavours and superb wines at our cellar door in Lancefield’s stunning backcountry.
