Join Rach + Jess from Pilates + Gisborne for a 45 minute Mat Pilates class on the grass at the amazing Mount Macedon Winery with views over the beautiful Macedon Ranges. Suitable for all fitness levels, Mat Pilates is a gentle way to use your own body weight and core muscles to strengthen, lengthen, tone and make you feel good! Mats are provided so just bring yourself and a friend!
