ABOUT YOUR COACH

Nicole has over two decades experience in Health and Wellbeing and practices from a heart based, non-judgemental space. All are welcome.

She facilitates Heart Based Group Meditation & Mindfulness Classes each term in Macedon in a nourishing studio space. Term 2 starts on Tuesday 22nd April, running 7-8:30pm every Tuesday night. Bookings required.
