Rainbow trout will be caught fresh on the estate for the barbeque, accompanied by seasonal sides, crispy sweet potato fries and a selection of one-of-a-kind condiment infusions – from smooth Bruichladdich, peated Port Charlotte and smokey Octomore whiskey to dry Botanist gin!
