Main Course: choice of dry aged sirloin, fondant potato, confit mushroom, chimichurri GF OR pan roasted Tasmanian salmon, Fremantle octopus & black garlic risotto, lemon butter sauce GF ~

Dessert: Shared dessert platters with Lemon meringue pies, Sticky date pudding toffee sauce, Persian love cakes.
