The cooking school’s founder, Erica, has lived experiences in the food industry that most of us can only dream about.
Erica’s resume includes working with Marco Perrier White, Eric Chavot, Jean Georges Vongerichten (The Vong) and cooking for the likes of Sir Elton John, Madonna, Bill Gates, Sir Bob Geldof, Tom Hanks, Prince Harry, Prince William and Sir Richard Branson to name just a few.
Now based in Woodend with her family—with a Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Arts and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment behind her—Chef Erica is the perfect resource to teach you how to make delicious yet healthy meals and eat well in your everyday life.
In this hands-on small group class, you will learn the techniques behind creating wonderful Italian desserts. You’ll also receive the recipes to take home, so you won’t have any trouble cooking them for your family and friends afterward.
Beginning with a creamy pannacotta, which will be a hit at any dinner party, you’ll continue with a tasty Sicilian ricotta tart and a delicious zabaglione. Chef Erica will also demonstrate tricks and techniques to make that all standalone Tiramisu to wow your guests.
