Hell Ship – The Journey of the Ticonderoga

A ghost ship is an immigrant's nightmare
129 Mollison Street, Kyneton VIC, Australia

Written and performed by author, comedian and actor Michael Veitch, Hell Ship portrays one of the most dramatic, yet now forgotten chapters of Australia’s early maritime history.

With the aid of images and soundscape, Voitch accounts remarkable stories of endurance and survival from those on the ship, and brings to light the courage of his heroic great great grandfather, James William Henry Veitch, the young surgeon on the fatal trip.
