Join horticulturalist and fungi expert Greg Boldistan on Mount Macedon for a guided fungi walk.
Meet at the Sanatorium Lake Picnic Ground on Baringo Road at 1pm, then wander the tracks through the lakes’ beautiful forested areas looking for amazing native fungi. Greg will talk about what their role is in the forest along the way.
It will be cold and possibly wet, so rug up and wear appropriate shoes and wet weather gear. A thermos full of a hot drink is a good idea to keep warm.
