Floral Landscapes Workshop: Art in Nature’s Backdrop
FLORAL LANDSCAPES: Art in Nature’s Backdrop
Local award-winning floral designer, Liv Coutts in collaboration with Florist Bank, invites you to step into the picturesque Macedon Ranges for a full-day floral immersion unlike any other. Just over one hour from Melbourne, this experience combines design, wellness and nature in a way that feels uniquely Florist Bank.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Guided by Liv Coutts of Pemberley of Malmsbury, you’ll explore the full process of planning and creating a large scale, foam-free floral art installation. From mechanics, to styling principles, to working with seasonal, sustainably grown, local botanicals, Liv will share her insider knowledge and approach to translating nature into artistry.
More than just technique, Liv offers an insight into how flowers and landscapes can shape wellbeing – reminding us that connecting with nature not only enhances our creative work, but also our perspective as florists.
THE EXPERIENCE:
- Step inside a local micro flower farm and harvest seasonal blooms directly from the field.
- Design in a rarely seen natural setting, not usually accessible to the public.
- Build a large scale floral installation with guided step-by-step support (all flowers & materials provided)
- Share food, stories and connections with fellow creatives.
- Have your day professionally captured & be part of Florist Bank TV.
This is more than a workshop – it’s a day to extend your practice, immerse yourself in the landscapes that inspire floristry, and connect with a community of like-minded creatives.
Limited tickets available. Address provided upon booking. (Workshop venue is a short drive from the town centre, close to Malmsbury Reservoir, or approx 10min walk (uphill) from Malmsbury Station).
