  • Dry Stone Walling course teaching ancient walling techniques by certified craftsmen/women. The course is held within the wonderful Tanderrum property, within the historic area and walls of Davies farm, surrounded by olive, almond and oak trees. A great weekend meeting new friends and learning new skills while experiencing the magnificent outdoor areas at Tanderrum.This event is a 2 day course on Dry Stone Walling for people who want to learn the ancient secrets of how to construct a wall that will last for generations. A dry stone wall has no mortar or centre fixing and is stronger than any wall if built properly.
  • It is for beginner wallers and even those who want refresher training if some walling experience. You do not have to be strong to build a Dry Stone Wall and many of our students are small framed with both men and women equally represented on courses.
  • This course is fully catered and includes an internationally certified instructor and information to take home. By the end of the weekend you will have gained real experience by building a wall as part of a team but you will also return home having a clear understanding of how to put a Dry Stone Wall together so you can start on your own project.Have a go – it is a great weekend in the outdoors building a wall and learning a new skill.
