Meet award winning authors and illustrators at the iconic Dromkeen homestead on Saturday March 18th. Talks, workshops, puppet shows, story readings and lots of family fun.
Dromkeen homestead will be holding a Literary Festival on Saturday March 18th. With the theme of Books Can Take Us Anywhere, there is an amazing line-up of Australian children’s authors and illustrators who will be giving talks and workshops for people of all ages. There will be a host of book related activities in the gardens, such as story readings, puppet shows, book craft, face painting, cartooning and dragon art. Suitable for families, teachers, librarians and all lovers of Australian children’s literature, this year’s event is proudly sponsored by Dromkeen and the Macedon Ranges Shire Council.
