Chinese Fortunes Exhibition – Kyneton Museum

Exploring Kyneton Museum inspires curiosity about our region and features a range of programs—there is something for everyone. Check out the Chinese Fortunes exhibition currently on display and explore the stories of pioneering Chinese in the gold fields and the rich diversity of Chinese Australian history leading up to Federation.

The Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (MADE) in Ballarat developed the exhibition in association with the Golden Dragon Museum in Bendigo and Kyneton Museum.  Open until 24 June, Chinese Fortunes shares the remarkable contributions made by the Chinese from 1851 to 1901, and their unparalleled spirit of determination.
